WHEN HIGH WAISTED PANTS CAME BACK IN STYLE I WASN'T VERY HAPPY BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WOULDN'T LOOK VERY FEMININE ON ME. IF YOU ASK ME NOW I 'D SAY I LOVE THEM ON EVERY SILHOUETTE!!! THEY ARE CHIC AND FEMININE AND YOU CAN WEAR THEM WITH FLAT SHOES OR HEELS.
